A new partner in health and another core-blaster workout for free.

Hi Guys,

I hope you’re all keeping well and training hard.

Logo2 Your new foodie friend.

Starting off with a little operational announcement; As some of you might know; I’ve been running the “Ultimate nutrition support” package for a while and, even though it’s been going great guns, I have had to decide to call time on it. I simply have too many plates spinning at the moment and UNS was very labour intensive. All existing UNS clients have been transferred over to my new partners in nutrition at Umsoco.

Umsoco is a great start up nutritional advice company doing high-end nutritional plans at very affordable prices, definitely a lot cheaper than some of the other companies out there. They do 4-8 and 13 week plans that are completely tailored to your specific needs and goals and are shit hot at what they do. They have the right attitude when it comes to nutrition and don’t sell supplements or shakes or any of that nonsense. Just honest, real advice and support with no added sales bullshit.

If you’re already loving your training but could do with a little hand on the diet front I’d definitely recommend giving them a shout.

Right, as a reward for reading through that spiel; here’s that core-blaster workout I promised you.

It’s a straight word doc download, no email addresses required, just click and have fun

Take care,
