With the launch of Healthypostnatalbody.com in January I am going to put a halt to this one. It’s been great but TBH I am a bit too busy to drive around Edinburgh for 10+ hours a week at the moment. A free Pre/Post natal exercise manual and run through for every mommy, and mom to be, in Edinburgh.
Every mom in Edinburgh can get their free, no sales!, 1-on-1 run through session of the manual. I will make about 8-10 hours a week available for this and hope to help as many mums, and mums-to-be, in Edinburgh find their way back to full fitness. It’ll focus on issues like Diastasis Recti, getting your core strength back etc.
As I wrote about in one of my previous blogs, linked below, I am so disappointed with the state of Pre and Post Natal exercise advice that I’ve written an exercise manual and am now ready to take people through it.
Here’s how it’s going to work;
The system has changed a little bit as my schedule is all over the shop because of the success of this.
If you get in touch via email, PM or text that you’d like to take up one the offer I will get in touch and we will see what date and time suits us both. I will also email you a little health questionairre which I’d need you to send back to me before the session.
The sessions will be at the studio in Leith, though a home-session can be catered for depending where you stay, and will last approx 1 hour. After the hour long session I will email you the manual. During the hour you can obviously ask me any question you have regarding exercise/diet etc.
This is open to any mom-to-be in the first 6 months of their pregnancy and to any mom who has given birth within the past 2.5 years. If you are in your final trimester just wait until after you’ve given birth to get in touch, the plan is to keep running this indefinitely. If you’ve given birth more than 2.5 years ago but are still experiencing issues such as Diastasic Recti, mommy tummy etc this manual probably is not for you but feel free to get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Again, this will all be completely free and there won’t be anyone trying to sell you anything! This is about helping as many ladies in Edinburgh have a healthy pregnancy/post pregnancy.
