Castle Personal Training is very proud to announce our partnership with Cirrus Logic.

So who will be involved?

The Castle Team @ Cirrus Logic is made up by;

Grant; A top class Group Exercise and gym-instructor.

Pippa; A very experienced Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor.

What will you get?

We’ll run 4 30 minute lunchtime classes for those of you want to get more out of their lunch hour. We’ll also be doing small group H&S inductions, personalised programs, provide Personal Training and more! If you’re lucky enough to work at Cirrus Logic, getting fit has never been easier.

The Class schedule is as follows;

Tuesday 12.15-12.45 and 12.45-13.15 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Pippa.

HIIT class

Take your fitness and fat loss to the next level- without spending more time in the gym. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) could be exactly what you’re looking for. A 30 minutes fat melting, body sculpting class!

HIIT is a training protocol which mixes High Intensity bursts of exercise with short rest periods. Whether you have never done a HIIT routine before and you want more from your workouts or you are a pro at Interval training and are looking for a new challenge, you have found your next workout.

What to bring; Bottle of water, wear comfy clothes, any fitness gear is fine.

Thursday 12.15-12.45 and 12.45-13.15 “Strong Core” with Grant or Peter.

A 30 minute class targeting your core, front, back and sides for a complete abdominal workout that really tightens up that belly area and strengthens your lower back. All exercises can be done at your own pace. Everybody needs this class.

What to bring; Bottle of water, wear comfy clothes, any fitness gear is fine.

H&S inductions and a free 1-2-1 training program.

first time at the gym

Ever walked into a gym and you had no idea what to do? Ever thought to yourself; “Yeah it looks cool, but how do I use it without killing myself or looking ridiculous?” We’ve got you covered.

If you haven’t managed to book your induction or program on the launch day (05-05-17) then you can just email us cirrus@castlepersonaltraining.com and we’ll get you booked in. These will be carried out by Pippa, Grant or Peter. If you have a preference for a male or female trainer then just specify that in the email or at the time of booking in.

Please note that the first program is covered by Cirrus Logic, any subsequent program (1 hour session) can be purchased for just £27.50

Personal training with Pippa or Peter. Both expert Personal Trainers with years of experience, Pippa and Peter will be more than happy to take your fitness to a whole new level with personal training. Could you do with a little push and some accountability? That’s what we’re here for. And you get this with a very tasty discount for only £27.50 per session!

Any fitness related questions can be emailed to us at cirrus@castlepersonaltraining.com as part of an “Ask Castle” program that we run for all Cirrus Logic Employees. Do you have questions about nutrition? Not sure what exercises will best get you closer to your goal or have you forgotten how to do a certain exercise? Just send us an email and we’ll remove all doubt.

As if that wasn’t enough; We’ll also be doing regular “drop in sessions” where one of the team will spend a few hours in the gym or canteen so you get the chance to ask whatever questions you have and get to know the team a bit better. These will obviously be announced in advance, just so you know we’re coming 🙂
