The “New Mom” package

We are firmly established as Edinburgh’s leading Pre- and Post-natal Personal Trainer, featured as the expert commentator on the BBC and Scotland’s leading blogger on Pre- and Post natal exercise and issues. Check out some of our blogs here

Our “New Mom” package is by far the best value Pre- and Post-Natal exercise package on the market today

coming soon

This is a program specifically designed for those who have given birth in the past year or those who have given birth a couple of years ago but are still suffering from pregnancy related issues.

It consists of 2 sessions a week for 12 weeks AND a 6-7 minute a day home workout which focusses on your core and pelvic floor.

The program has been designed with help from Post-natal experts from Canada and the US to help you deal with, and recover from, those issues that may arise during pregnancy. This program will help you recover from Diastasis Recti (Separation), posture and pelvic floor issues and other core issues and Yes, this will also help you lose that pregnancy weight and tone up (though that really should not be the primary purpose of post-natal exercise)

You can see from our previous blogs that we understand that you have other things on your mind, mainly the happiness of the new addition to your family, and that you have new-found time constraints which makes it tempting to ignore yourself and the issues that might have arisen since your pregnancy. Your body is now at a crucial time and getting it to heal properly and correctly as fast as you can will really help your health in the long run and will make getting back to your new “normal” life a lot easier.

We know you have a lot of expenses at the moment and as soon as you mention the “B” word the prices of a lot of Personal Trainers shoot up but we are proud to be different and are delighted to be able to offer this for just £700. That’s less than £30 per session!

That’s 24 Personal Training Sessions, a “6-7 minute a day” home workout and a nutrition guide for £700.

You can’t buy expert help like this for less in Edinburgh, that’s why we always say that the value is still with Castle.

Guys, unfortunately we can’t sell the program online. This is just because the “new mommy” body is delicate and every person is different. I simply can not work with you unless I physically see you. I am obviously more than happy to respond to your emails if you have any questions but are not based in Edinburgh. Don’t be shy about getting in touch.  If you don’t live in Edinburgh and are looking for a Personal Trainer please make sure they know what they are doing.

Or, starting from January 2019, head over to www.healthypostnatalbody.com and get expert Post-natal exercise advice, videos and much more there.

    Hello,
I’m 3 months post partum. I have abdominal separation and had this with my first child who is nearly 2 and half but it wasn’t as bad as what it is now.

I live in north London but was wondering what you could provide in terms of exercises that I could do online ?

    Many thanks
    Maria

    • Hi Maria,

Thanks for your comment, if you send me a little email (peter@castlepersonaltraining.com) then I can send you some more detailed questions. I don’t do anything online myself but if I get a better idea of your separation then I can make one or two suggestions as to how to proceed.

      Thanks,

      Peter

    Hi

    I’m a mother of 4, my youngest is 3months old and I’ve just discovered I have a 3finger gap.
I wasn’t aware of this condition with my other children unfortunately.

Was wondering if I can get some help, guidelines emailed to me as I live in Bedfordshire and can’t find any help here at all.

    Many thanks
    Saf
