Single sessions and Batches

one off

We get asked about one-off Personal Training Sessions every now and again.

Therefore we have decided to put something together for those of you who prefer to just use the sessions as and when they feel like they need it.

For 1 on 1 sessions;

A single 60 minute session is £45 in Edinburgh and £50 outside Edinburgh

A batch of 5 sessions is £200 in Edinburgh and £225 outside Edinburgh

A batch of 10 sessions is £375 in Edinburgh and £400 outside Edinburgh

You can also book shorter sessions (45 minutes) in batches. Prices for 45 minutes sessions will vary depending on the nr of sessions you’re looking for so just send us an email though Peter@castlepersonaltraining.com

Of course our Bring-A-Friend deal applies. Bring A Friend and you both get at least 25% off!

The Bring A Friend prices are as follows, obviously these are Per Person;

A single 60 minute session is £27.50 in Edinburgh and £32.50 outside Edinburgh

A batch of 5 sessions is £120 in Edinburgh and £140 outside Edinburgh

A batch of 10 sessions is £220 in Edinburgh and £250 outside Edinburgh

Before you start working out in single sessions.;

Unlike other Personal Trainers we don’t want to waste any of your time during any of your sessions so, to prepare as best we can, we will send you an email with some basic questions before you start your first session with us. The questions will just be regarding your goals, current exercise habits, diet etc. If you could answer those questions and reply to the email 24-48 hours before your session that would be great.

This is just because we don’t want there to be more talking than working during your session as that’s not what you’re paying a Personal Trainer for.

Check out what we mean by “the full package” and obviously contact us  if you have any questions.

Currently we only provide Personal Training sessions in Edinburgh and the Lothian areas.
