There is none of this “You can eat whatever you want, however much you want!” type of “nutrition advice” with us. There won’t be any “Just work out for 15 minutes a week and you’ll have great abs within 2 months” sales nonsense. We all know that that isn’t true and it doesn’t help you get the results you want and, let’s be honest, it’s all about results.
We will give you ideas for meals, recipes, provide shopping lists and even teach you how to cook tasty and healthy meals if you don’t know how to!
We will give you a personalized work-out routine; What works for one does not work for all so we don’t do the “one size fits all” approach.
We will motivate you and ensure you achieve your goals.
We will be affordable.
We will give you a good discount if you want to work out with a friend, or in a small group, but still give you a high quality Personal Training experience.
